Well done to the six people who commented on the previous post. I look forward to reading everyones comments at the end of the week.
Today we are going to think about internet safety. I want you to watch each of the following clips and write a Do and Don't list on your blog about internet safety eg. Don't write your phone number on your profile or personal info pages. I want to see a detailed list on your blog that shows you have carefully watched each video.
I also want you to comment about what it means to be a good online citizen. If you are a good citizen in life you obey set rules like crossing the road at a zebra crossing, picking up litter, you don't steal etc...What does it mean to be a good online citizen?

Being a good online citizen means....
-Not being a bully instead being nice.
-Uses common sense.
-Respects others.
-Is aware of the dangers.
-Act responsibly
To be a good online citizen, you could think before you write anything about yourself or someone else...
And, maybe instead of commenting about bad things, you could keep your bad thought's to yourself and just comment about good things.
And lastly, keep other people's thoughs in your mind, because if you post something bad about someone, they can always make up something bad about you too.
What a good online citizen means...... :)
* Use common sense.
* Dont give out personal info.
* Be respectfull to others.
* Think before you post.
* Dont incorouge people to do the wrong thing.

Only going on sites that parents aprove of.
Not saying anything bad about people.
Only putting your first name on the internet for safe sites that you want to go on.
Watching out for strangers don't be friends with people you don't know.

-Not hacking into peoples account's
-Not bulling
-If you copy and paste make sure you aknowledge where you got it from
-Putting age approite images online
-Acting responsibly
-if you see something dangerous tell someone.
